Model of the lungs on Prague's Anděl

From mid-October to the beginning of November, you could see an art installation of human lungs at Anděl in Prague. A model simulating breathing has blackened naturally and artificially over time to demonstrate the impact of pollution on our airways and the entire planet. This is the point.

 

On November 3, at noon, the lungs stopped at the sound of sirens. They drew attention to the dwindling time when it is possible to change human behavior and thereby slow down climate change. In addition, a symbolic stoppage of the lung movement occurred at the beginning of the UN climate conference in Glasgow.
